This Santoku features a VG10 stainless steel 170mm blade (approx. 6-3/4") with a satin damascus pattern finish. 

The handcrafted handle is made from premium grade Hawaiian curly koa wood with a stainless steel bolster.

It will be the perfect gift for any home cook, and is a great choice for vegetarians, ladies who are not comfortable with long knives or sharp pointed knives, seniors or couples who don't cook large quantities.
