This little 'small jobs' set consists of a 130mm all-purpose petty/utility/sandwich or personal steak knife and a 145mm filet knife

The perfect gift for any kitchen and any cook. Use these knives for so many small tasks from boning a chicken or cleaning fish to slicing a simple tomato or that quick sandwich.

Designed by Salter Fine Cutlery and made exclusively for us in Japan, these knives are simply stunning to look at and stunning to use. We know, we use our whirlpool damascus series knives daily in our own home.

Beautiful, unique, and of the highest quality, this set is both functional art meant to be used and passed to future generations, while also your fav everyday sandwich or steak knife and much more.

Hand-forged exclusively for Salter Fine Cutlery in Japan, the blades were made from a very high quality Japanese stainless powder metal die steel, called R2.

Every knife has been forged from a solid bar of steel. There are no welded sections like you find in many production knives.  

Both blades are signed in kanji by the blademaker.

Our custom handles were created on the Big Island of Hawaii. Completely handcrafted, they feature exotic and rare super curly Hawaiian koa wood. Accents are nickel-silver and Mozambique ebony (both woods have been sustainably harvested),
