Custom Order Carving Sets: Charybdis Collection-Full tang 2-piece set
We offer custom individual, two, three or four piece handcrafted carving sets with a 270mm full-tang version of our #1 selling Whirlpool damascus collectible series of chef, steak and carving knives. The 270mm full tang version comes in two handle styles and with a choice of bolster options.
Like big or carbon steel carving knives? You can also place a custom order for 300 or 330mm blade lengths in either stainless or carbon steel options
Whichever you choose, you may also add a 12-inch ceramic sharpening rod to any custom carving set.

The individually hand-forged R2 powder metal die Stainless Steel 10.5-inch clip-point carving knife blades have been forged by a very talented blacksmith in Japan exclusively for Salter Fine Cutlery and to our own designs. You will not find them anywhere else!
You may choose a modern Euro Fusion style handle or our original Salter Western style handle.
A matching fork is available to with any set. Our whirlpool-damascus collection forks are 340mm (approx 13-1/3 inches) total length with tangs measuring 134mm (approx 5-1/4 inches)

Our optional ceramic sharpening rods may be ordered with a handcrafted koa wood handle to compliment the carving set.
Both knife and fork have our signature, handmade Hawaiian curly koa wood handles. For added decorative customization, you have a choice of 1, 2, or 3 pins in a variety of materials included in the price, plus a choice of colored accent spacers.

These sets are available without a box, or you have your choice of a custom-crafted Hawaiian keepsake box, or presentation box.
