This gorgeous Japanese hand-forged set of chef knives is the perfect addition for any professional chef, knife collector or cooking enthusiast.
Hand-forged in Japan by an 8th generation blade maker who used a new speciality carbon steel designed for professional chefs called V6 Super Pro cutlery steel. They have an amazing feel and are easy to sharpen to a razors edge.
The blades are truly unique with a beautiful whirlpool damascus pattern finish. Created from start to finish by one person who also makes his own billets from thick bar stock: the blade and cutting edge have been expertly ground and forged by hand.
For these knives, he chose a blasted gray matte finish with his signature whirlpool damascus pattern.
